SHIPPING:
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped usually within 24 hours or sooner depending upon timing of the payment (excluding Sundays and holidays) Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail in the USA and USPS Express Mail internationally. Other methods may incur additional charges. We selected these methods based upon efficiency, cost and experimentation with various modes of shipment. International USPS Express Mail is the least expensive method that requires a signature however we will use UPS or FED EX if a customer requests subject to additional costs (generally speaking and we will quote the price based on carrier cost) We will do our best to accomodate any special requests

We represent that the goods are as described for each of our items. For designer items, all items are guaranteed authentic. Any items mentioning carat weight for gemstones are as close as possible based on limitation of mounting/setting. We have a 14 day return policy and will provide a full refund less all shipping costs. If we shipped the item at no charge (free shipping) we will deduct the free shipping from the refund and you ship back to us. You must return the item to us with all original packaging and packing material including the original box and in original condition.
We also can provide merchandise credits or exchanges if you are interested in another item on our other venues as well in exchange. If you want to exchange or keep a non-expiring merchandise credit for future purchases on any of our venues, we do not deduct the free shipping costs but ask that you return the item within 14 days. All items returned after 14 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.
